Standard wedding dress cleaning takes 2-3 weeks. We take extra time and care with each gown to ensure the best results. Rush service may be available for urgent needs.
Should I clean my dress before or after the wedding?
We recommend cleaning your dress as soon as possible after the wedding while stains are fresh. For pre-wedding freshening of vintage or stored gowns, allow 2-3 weeks before your big day.
Can you remove all stains from my wedding dress?
We have extensive experience with wedding dress stains including champagne, wine, grass, makeup, and food. While we can't guarantee 100% removal of all stains, especially old ones, we achieve excellent results in most cases.
What does preservation include?
Our preservation service includes professional cleaning, careful hand-finishing, and storage in an acid-free, pH-neutral preservation box with tissue. This protects your gown from yellowing and deterioration for decades.
