What's the difference between dry cleaning and laundry?
Dry cleaning uses chemical solvents instead of water to clean delicate fabrics that could be damaged by water washing. Laundry uses water and detergent. We recommend dry cleaning for items like suits, silk, wool, and garments labeled 'dry clean only'.
What items can be dry cleaned?
Most garments labeled 'dry clean only' or 'dry clean recommended' including suits, dresses, silk blouses, wool coats, cashmere sweaters, and delicate fabrics. If you're unsure about an item, bring it in and we'll advise on the best cleaning method.
Do you clean wedding dresses?
Yes! We specialize in wedding dress cleaning and preservation. We can clean dresses before the wedding, remove stains after, and provide acid-free preservation boxing for long-term storage. Visit our wedding dress cleaning page for more details.
Pickup & Delivery
How does pickup and delivery work?
Simply book online or call us. We'll collect your items from your doorstep at the scheduled time, clean them at our facility, and deliver them back to you within 3-5 business days. It's free for orders over $50.
What areas do you deliver to?
We offer pickup and delivery throughout Pukekohe, Papakura, Waiuku, Drury, Bombay, and the wider Franklin/South Auckland area. Contact us if you're unsure whether we service your area.
What if I'm not home during delivery?
Let us know a safe place to leave your items (like a covered porch or garage) and we'll leave them there. Alternatively, you can specify delivery instructions when booking.
Turnaround & Pricing
How long does dry cleaning take?
Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days. Express service is available for urgent needs - just let us know when you book. Wedding dresses and specialty items may take longer (2-3 weeks).
How much does dry cleaning cost?
Prices vary by item. Business shirts start at $8.50, trousers at $12, and suits at $28. Visit our pricing page for a full list. All prices include GST.
Do you offer discounts for regular customers?
Yes! We offer volume discounts for businesses and loyalty benefits for regular personal customers. Contact us to discuss your needs.
Stains & Quality
Can you remove all stains?
We have decades of experience with stain removal and achieve excellent results in most cases. However, some stains (especially old or set-in ones) may not come out completely. We'll always be honest about expected results and never proceed with a treatment that could damage your garment.
What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with the results, let us know within 7 days and we'll re-clean the item at no extra charge.
Are your cleaning methods eco-friendly?
Yes! We use modern, environmentally conscious cleaning solvents and equipment. Our processes are designed to be effective while minimizing environmental impact.
